Returns policy

 IN8 Active strives to provide the best quality product to satisfy our valued customers. In the event that a return is necessary, we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange the product for an alternative item.

More information on our returns policy is as follows:

If you purchased the product in a retail store, please take it back to the store you bought it in.

See below for instructions on how to return or exchange a product purchased in our online store.

  • All items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.  
  • All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.  
  • All items must be unopened and in the original packaging. 
  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. 
  • All garments are subject to inspection.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.

Returns of opened or used products will be accepted in the event of a product defect provided it is within 15 days of purchase.

How to return an item?

Please package the item(s) securely and ship them to IN8 Active returns using the following address:

We are unable to accept C.O.D returns therefore please make sure your package is prepaid.  If you are looking for an exchange, please enclose a note with your return that sets forth the product you would like in exchange.

Upon our receipt of the product you will be refunded in the form of payment used, excluding the initial shipping charges. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the return process. If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email confirmation once the order has been processed.

Can I return or exchange a swim suit?

Because of health considerations, underwear, bathing suits/water polo suits may not be returned if worn and not in original condition and packaging.
